Man United expected to sink Swans

Man United travel to Wales today (5.30pm) to take on Swansea in what promises to be a hard fought affair but at 4/7 look a good bet to emerge victorious.

Swansea have conceded just one goal on home soil this season, fewer than any other Premier League team on their own ground, and are now on an unbeaten run of 13 (won 9, drawn four).

They comfortably beat Stoke and Bolton and their last game saw them grind out a 0-0 draw with Liverpool, and this will clearly be no easy game for Sir Alex Ferguson’s young guns.

However the Red Devils are now unbeaten in their last six PL away games – winning three and drawing three – and have kept clean sheets in their last four games in all competitions.

They have an ultra strong squad bursting with potential match winners, and an on-song Rooney and Co should prove too strong for the Swans.

One interesting stat is that United have only scored one goal in four of their last five games in the league, and given that Swansea are a decent outfit at home Sir Alex would surely settle for another 1-0 victory at the Liberty Stadium.

I think that could well be the outcome and at 6/1 with bet365 and Betfred it looks worth a small punt.
