Mancini Magic at City

Mancini City look a different proposition this season to last. They are three from three so far and have scored  11 goals in the process.

City have scored at home in 20 consecutive matches dating back to November 2010 and have only conceded once in their last six home matches so it is a tall order for the Latics. Roberto Martinez has done a fantastic job at Wigan keeping them in the Premier League with a final day victory at Stoke City and starting the 2011/12 campaign with two draw and a win, which extends their unbeaten run to seven Premier League games.

We don’t think you can oppose City, who are around the 1/6 mark but we think Wigan will avoid getting beaten up. The already influential Nasri is out and the in play bet is to go under on the goals. Less than 2.5 is a general 6/4 chance.

All in all a good bet.
