Mosspark is well-treated on the pick of his form in the 2.35 at Sandown today and looks worth a wager at 13/2.

Emma Lavelle’s gelding won his first three starts over hurdles in 2014/14 style of an above average performer before being pulled-up in the Grade 1 Albert Bartlett at the Cheltenham Festival.

He  was then off the track for 225 days before making his chasing debut at Chepstow in October 2014 and shaped with bags of promise to finish third to the now 163-rated Sausalito Sunrise.

The eight-year-old finished 9 lengths lengths in front of Sego Success who is rated rated 139, and that gives the form a stromg look and makes Mosspark’s current mark of 129 looks very exploitable.

Mosspark also shaped better than the vare result suggests when  when fifth to Aloomoo at Newbury onm seasonal reappearance bacj in Noevember, and has since been given a break and has a good record fresh.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Mosspark (13/2 Betfred, BetVictor, Boylesports, Stan James, William Hill – BOG)
