Pink Flamingo has done nothing but improve this year and at 7/1 looks the best value bet on today’s card at Salisbury (2.50).

This three-year-old filly has won four of her 11 starts in 2019 and is three from six since joing Michael Attwater.

Her last success came at Brighton two starts back where she only had to be ridden out by Cieran Fallon to readily account for Big Lachie by two lengths.

She backed that up with a cracking second last time out at Ascot when running on strongly to go down all guns blazing under Jim Crowley and be beaten just a length by Texting.

Pink Flamingo now meets the winner, who is favourite for this on 4lb better terms.

She is also renuited with Fallon, who is 2-2 on her, and takes off a handy 5lb with his claim.

It gives her major claims weights of ganing revenge on Texting, yet Pink Flamingo can be backed at almost double the odds of Mohamed Moubatak’s charge.

To me that makes her look overpriced at the odds on offer and the one to be on.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Pink Flamingo (7/1 generally available – use BOG firms)
