Spurs look value at 85/40 to maintain their excellent record against Man City this lunchtime ( 1.30pm KO, Live on ESPN) and bring to an end the visitors unbeaten start to the season.
They have won three of their last four home meetings against City and perhaps more importantly have won 11 of their last 14 outings against the rich kids from Eastland’s.
This match will be an interesting test for Mancini and his team. They have started well but this will be their first real test as Swansea and Bolton don’t represent tier one opposition.
Spurs can be very hard to beat at White Hart Lane and they played well for long periods against United on Monday.
At 85/40 they look well overpriced with many bookies going just 7/4.
It’s also worth bearing in mind that 8 of the last 13 Premier League matches between the sides have ended 2-1.
So a small bet on Spurs winning by that margin at 11/1 with bet365, Betfred and Boylesports could also pay dividends.
Recommended bets: 5pts win Spurs (85/40 Victor Chandler)
2pts Spurs to win 2-1 (11/1 bet365, Boylesports, Betfred)
