Man City are long odds-on to beat Stoke at the Etihad today (3pm KO), but the visitors appear to have been underestimated and look worth wager in the draw/no bet market at 10/1 with Stan James.

Roberto Mancini’s side haven’t been at their best of late and struggled to register a 4-3 win at Norwich on Saturday.

Before that they had been beaten 1-0 at Sunderland, and are looking a shadow of the side who lifted the title last season.

Yes they do have a terrific home record, but Stoke are in top form at present and are  now unbeaten in their last 10 games.

Tony Pulis’s men have shown tremendous battling qualities and character in that period and I think they are capable of causing an upset and getting at least a draw.

Indeed, four of the last six meetings between the pair have ended in 1-1 draws and it was very tempting to put up the draw as the bet at odds of 9/2.

However Stoke are a top priced 11/1 in the win market, and that suggest that the 10/1 on offer with Stan James in the draw/no bet market is simply too big.

They are as short as 11/2 with Boylesports in the same market, so in what is likely to be a hard fought affair the 10s on offer has to be worth a small punt.
