Cardiff are a club in turmoil at present and Sunderland loook decent value at 11/5 with Hills to add to their misery by beating them on their own patch today (5.30pm KO, Live on  Sky Sports 1).

The Bluebirds have been dire in recent weeks following the bust-up between powner Vincent Tan and manager Malky Mackay who was finally given the sack yesterday after weeks of speculation.

The fans are not happy that the man who got them into the top flight has been given the boot, and that has been reflected by the performances by the players on the pitch.

They are looking a shadow of the side who used to fight for everything, and in their current mood simply have to be taken on.

Yes, Sunderland do currently sit bottom of the league, but they have made some good progress under the guidance of Gus Poyet and have recently dumped Chelsea out of the Capital One Cup and taken five points from their last nine in the league.

That is enough to suggest that they can get all three points in this, and I fancy them to do so by a 1-0 margin – an outcome which can be backed at 10/1 with Ladbrokes.
