Swansea take on Aston Villa in the first of two televised games on Sky Sports 1 today (1.30pm KO) and look value at 5/4 to bag all three points.
The Welsh side were unbeaten in 13 home games before going down by just a single goal to man United last weekend and had proved previously that they were more than capable of mixing it with the top sides when drawing with Liverpool at the Liberty Stadium.
The fact that they have conceded just two goals on their home soil highlights the difficult task facing Aston Villa this afternoon, and the visitors are hardly a prolific goal scoring machine.
The Villans come into this having lost two and drawn one of their last three away games and struggled to beat Norwich 3-2 at home when registering their last win.
The visitors would probably be happy to settle for a point today, but none of the 17 matches in all competitions between the two sides has ever ended in a draw and that sways me to favour Swansea to come out on top.
They seem to come to life in front of their home supporters and that passion could be enough to see them clinch a narrow victory over a negative Villa outfit.
