Tallinski a tasty punt at 12s

Tallinski runs Nottingham well and looks worth an each-way wager at 12/1 in the 5.15 now dropped back in grade.

Brian Ellison’s charge has won twice and been placed once in four starts over course and distance.

The first of them came in July of last year where he scored by short-head off a rating of 77.

He went on to be placed twice off the same rating, including when third in a class 4, and got back on the scoresheet here in a class 5 three starts back when only having to be ridden out to score cosily by 3/4 of a length off 72.

Tallinski is npw racing off just 3lb higher (75) having gone off too hard last time out when fading late on to finish a 5 length seventh of 12 to Saaheq in a class 4 at Doncaster off 76.

It makes him fairly treated on the pick of his form and He now drops back down into class 5 company in which he has a 40 per cent strike rate having won twice and been placed twice in five starts.

With Ben Robinson also taking off 3lb with his claim, Tallinski looks weighted to make his presence felt at a venue which has seen him notch both his career successes to date.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Tallinski (12/1 Betfair, Betfred, Paddy Power – BOG, 1/5 odds 1,2,3,4)
