The Tourard Man looks tasty at Exeter

The Tourard Man caught the eye last time out and makes penty of appeal at 13/2 in the 6.45 at Exeter today.

Alan King’s charge ghad some usful form to his name in 2014/15 when winning twice and finishing a cracking third of 23 to Call The Cops in the Pertemps Final at the Cheltenham Festival off a mark of 135.

He also ran well on the final start of the campaign when fifth of 21 to Taglietelle at Aintree in a class 1 contest off 139, and is now able to race in this class 3 affair off 132.

That gives him a big shout at the weights, and after some below par efforts he put in a much better run last time out when sixth of 16 to Taj Badalandabad at Ascot.

The Tourard Man made good hedway from the rear to on the heels of the leaders and travelling strongly three out before weakening late on to be beatn 12 1/2 lengths.

It was a big step back in the right direction, and is building on it he looks weighted to take all the beating in what isn’t the strongest of contests for the grade.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win The Tourard Man (13/2 Betfred, Coral – BOG)
