Betfair are offering 16-1 that Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner Treve wins the four races that have been outlined as her targets this year.
Recently crowned the joint-highest rated horse of 2013, following the publication of the Longines World’s Best Racehorse Rankings, the Criquette Head-Maarek trained filly has had the Prix Ganay, the Prince of Wales, the Prix Vermeille and a repeat bid for the Arc outlined as her targets for the season ahead.
Treve, the highest-rated European three-year-old filly since Bosra Sham in 1996, stretched her unbeaten record to five with a dominant display in Europe’s premier middle-distance contest in October.
Betfair Spokesman Barry Orr said today: “Treve was one of the greatest Arc winners we have seen recently and it is a very real possibility that she will win the four races outlined by Harry Herbert.
“16-1 seem a very fair price and should stoke plenty of interest among punters.”
