United the bet at 14/5 to give Chelsea the blues

The big Premier League game of the day sees Chelsea take on arch rivals Manhcester United at Stamford Bridge (4pm KO, Live on Sky Sports 1), and the visitors look worth a wager at the generally 14/5 on o0ffer to come out on top.

Defending champions Chelsea are closer to the bottom three than they are the top four after an up and won seaason that saw Jose Mourinho sacked.

Guus Hiddink has been installed as interim boss and the Blues unbeaten in their last eight matches.

However, they still don’t look the side that they once were and have drawn their last three league games at home.

United themselves have been car from covincing this season, and have won just one of their last 13 Premier League trips to the Bridge (D4, L8)

However, they have been hard to beat and there have been signs in their last two games that manager Louis van Gaaal is beginning tio slowly turn things around and confidence is growing in the side.

They were pareticularly impressive in thrashing Stoke 3-0 at Old Trafford when last seen in action, and I think they have the quality to punish a Chelsea defence which has looked very shakey this season.

Wayne Rooney has scored five goals in his last five Premier League appearances, and makes plenty of appeal at 7/1 with Coral and Paddy Power to bag the opener and fire the Red Devils to success.
