Unnoticed has slipped to a handy mark and looks woth a punt at 7/1 in the 3.50 at Southwell today.

The six-year-old is on a long losing run having not scored since October 2014 when in the care of Luca Cumani.

However, Ollie Pears’ charge has run some solid races to make the frame, including on three of his sevenstarts over course and distance.

On each occasion he finished runner-up of ratings of 62, 64 and 65.

They included when beaten just a short-head by course specialist Custard The Dragon.

Unnoticed is now able to race off 56, a career-low, and comes into the race having shaped better than the bares results suggests last time out when a 3 3/4 length sixth fo 12 to Best Tamayuz here where he did all his best work at the finish after rearing as the stalls opened and losing ground.

He now meets the winner on 3lb better terms and given how the race panned out there shouldn’t be much between the pair yet he can be backed at much bigger odds than that rival.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Unnoticed (7/1 bet365, BetVictor, Coral, Ladbrokes – BOG)
