WBO Light-Heavyweight champ Nathan Clevely met his match when he came head to head with former Countdown maths genius Carol Voderman. Cleverly who graduated from Cardiff Uni with a maths degree was floored by the ultra clever Welsh beauty when she got the gloves on to put him through his paces at London’s Peacock Gym.
Carol said afterwards “I’d been keen to take up boxing now and take on the other Loose women presenters especially Janet Street Porter”.
Cleverly who’s maths is now a bit ring rusty defends his title on Saturday 25th February at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena against Tommy Karpecy. The fight is also being televised live on BoxNation Sky ch456 and Virgin ch546.
