Little Mix are now joint favourites to win the X factor after wowing judges with their performance in last night’s live show.
The theme was Hollywood moves and the girl group dazzled with their version of Don’t Let Go, from Set It Off.
Louis Walsh kicked off the praise saying: “I think we’re looking at the next great girl band in the UK.”
Gary Barlow added: “Girls, that was your best performance to date. Brilliant.”
Bookmakers were quick to react by slashing their odds for outright glory, and they are now 5/2 with Coral and Victor Chandler – the same price as Marcus Collins.
Having briefly taken over as favourite after her return to the show last weekend, Amelia Lily is now out to 9/2 ahead of Janet Devlin (11/2) who seems to be falling out of favour with the public and the judges.
Misha B remains a 14/1 chance and it’s now Craig Colton who is the outsider, his price having almost tripled to Victor Chandler’s standout 16/1.
The Scouse singer is top priced 6/4 to be eliminated next ahead of Misha B (11/4), Janet (9/2) and Amelia (15/2).
