Amateur Jockey Could Ride His First Winner

Another tricky afternoon awaits, but I am hopeful that trainer Anthony Honeyball has been planning the return to action of Windance for some time, and that the now nine-year-old will be as fit as he can get him ahead of the 3.20pm at Plumpton this afternoon.

Not seen since winning a better race at Wincanton in March last year, this will only be his fifth start over fences and he looks for his hat-trick. He has been put up 3lb for his last success which seems fair, and with track, going, and trip all looking in his favour, he can give amateur jockey Chad Bament an armchair ride and his first success from the saddle.
