A neck success at Doncaster was followed with a length victory at Thirsk, and although he has been put up a prohibitive 7lb for that, he had plenty left to call upon if needed.
Harrison Shaw keeps the ride, and although he has a serious rival in top-weight Promise Time, he gets 6lb here which I am hoping tips the balance in his favour.
