The unexposed Pearl Street takes a drop in class in the 4.35 at Kempton today and looks cracking value at 11/1.

Henry Candy’s filly  has run better than her finishing suggestion  suggests in a handicaps this season, starting off when finishing a 5 length 7th of 14 to Willow Beck in a competitive class 5 affair at Sandown in which the form has worked out really well.

The winner went on to score next time up to complete a four timer and is now rated 88, and the second, fourth, fifth and sixth have also gone on to score since to give the form a solid look.

The selection then backed that up with a fair fifth of 8 to Thomas Hobson in a class 4 contest at Newbury off 69, where she ran better than the 6 1/4 lengths she was beat suggest by a horse that has since gone on to score twice and is now rated 101.

She then lost all chance when getting badly hampered at the start when last seen in action over course and distance last month when sent off the 5/1 second favourite for a class 5 contest and was not knocked about in any shape or form once it was clear she would not be winning.

The daughter of Street Sense has sinvce been dropped another 1lb to a mark of 65, and that makes her look on a handy mark on the pick of her efforts – especially now dropping into class 6 company for the first time.

Given that she was sent of at 8s and 5s in class 4 aand 5 company respectively on her last two starts that suggest she is overpriced in this, and with Harry Bentley in the saddle she looks great each-way  value.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 3pts each-way Pearl Street (11/1 BetVictor – BOG)
