The richest race in the world takes place on Saturday (I have previewed it elsewhere by the way), and you can bet on it directly into the World Pool through the Tote. The Saudi Cup is worth $20m in prize money – you get over £150k for finishing 10th – and the race takes place at 5:40pm, with streaming on site and coverage on RacingTV.  The World Pool is operating on races 3-9 (all races between 1.20 and 5.40) with better odds and high liquidity expected.

They also have their weekly Placepot minimum guarantees, which on Friday 23rd  means a minimum of £50,000 at Wolverhampton, on Saturday 24th £150,000 at Kempton Park (Premier Raceday) PLUS £50,000 at Southwell (Premier Raceday), on Sunday 25th it’s £50,000 at Fontwell Park, and on Monday 26th they are guaranteeing £50,000 at Wolverhampton, with each pot to be shared to £1 units by anyone picking a horse that places in the first six contests on a card.

Add in a Scoop6 (you need the winners for this one) with a rollover of close to £25,000 and a bonus fund of £43,569, and there’s another pot worthy of a second look (races below), while the Eider Chase (2.08pm Newcastle) is this weeks Trifecta contest, with £8443.34 rolling over to anyone naming the first three home (and placing the bet accordingly).

Lastly there is an ITV7 Placepot on the races listed at the end of this article – best of luck to anyone getting involved.

Saturday’s Scoop6 races: 1.15 Kempton – 2m5f Hcap Hdle. 2.08 Newcastle – 4m1½f Eider Chase. 3.08 Chepstow – 2m7½f Pertemps Hcap Hdle Qualifier. 3.37 Kempton – 3m Hcap Chase. 4.30 Southwell – 1m4f Hcap. 5.05 Southwell – 2m½f Hcap
