Prince Of Harts ran well when runner-up last time out, so now eased in grade is strongly fancied to go one better and land the spoils in the 4.00 at Windsor today.
That run came in a competitive class 2 at Ascot where the Rod Millman trained three-year-old stayed on well to go down by four lengths to Flashcard off a rating of 83.
Altough mot match for thye eadsy winner, that one has since finsihed a fine 1/2 a length thirdin a Group 3.
The third and fifth home, Recory Road and Kuwait Currency, have also come out and won since – so that gives the form a strong look in relation to this less taxing class 4 affair.
Prince Of Harts is also 1-1 in the grade and able to race off an unchnaged mark.
Other pluses are that he has proven form on soft ground and is 1-1 under Rob Hornby.
So taking everything into account, there is simply nothing not to like about his chances in this.
