I don’t usually bet on Monday night NFL games, but the 29/20 on offer about the Kansas City Chiefs is simply too big to resist.

San Diego (4-2) sit top of the AFC west having got off to a better than usual start, but if we are being honest they haven’t exactly been setting the world alight. Their conversion rate in the red zone has been terrible and last week they got off to a flying start but were ineffective in passing the ball around which cost them they game against the New York Jets.
Kansas (3-3) on the other hand got off to a terrible start to the season losing their first three games before getting their game together and winning the next three games. Those wins admittedly came against lower grade opposition in the shape of the Vikings, Colts and Raiders and one worrying stats is that no team which started the season 0-3 have won four in a row since 2000.
However, for me the outcome of this game all revolves around the Chargers Quarterback Philip Rivers.
If he has the game that we haven’t seen in the first six the San Diego should win this quite tidily, but I would rather bet on what I have seen this season rather than what I could potentially see.
He hasn’t been at his best by a long chalk, and and I think that makes the Kansas City Chiefs look a little bit of value at the 29/20 on offer with Ladbrokes.
