Stoke look a tasty bet at 5/6 to beat lowly Blackburn in their lunchtime clash at the Britannia today (12.45pm KO, Live on Sky Sports 2).
Tony Pulis’ men have been badly out of form lately, and they come into this having lost their last four Premier League games.
However they haven’t lost five on the bounce since January 2005 and have a great record against this afternoon’s opponents who have been in dire form all season and currently sit second bottom in the table.
They have won four and lost none of the last five league matches against Rovers and Blackburn have failed to score in all five matches in that run.
Their opponents have also conceded more than two goals a game on the road this season, and everything suggests that Stoke are “good things” to get back on the winning trail
Peter Crouch has scored four goals in his last four Premier League games against Blackburn combined and makes plenty of appeal at 11/2 with Paddy Power to bag the opener.
