Ebbsfleet United striker Ricky Shakes has been called into the Guyana squad for their World Cup qualifying games against Barbados and Bermuda.
The matches take place on October 7th and 11th respectively and the former Brentford player flew out to join his international team mates after the Fleet’s 1-0 defeat at Wrexham on Saturday.
Shakes will miss Ebbsfleet’s forthcoming home games in the Blue Square Bet Premier against league leaders.
