Touch Of Color a tasty bet at Brighton

Trainer Richard Fahey does well with his rare runners at Brighton and Touch Of Colour looks worth a punt at 5/1 to make a winning start for him in the 3.10 there today.

The Yorkshire based handler has an overall strike rate of just over 23.5% at the seaside venue and Touch Of Color now has his first start for him having left Jane Chapple-Hyam.

The four-year-old has been placed in two of her three starts at the venue, including when a 3/4 length runner-up four starts back off a mark of 57.

She is now able to race off 4lb lower and having started handicaps on a mark of 67 is now able to race off 54.

That is a career-low and makes Touch Of Color well-treared on the pikc of her form.

The move to Fahey’s could also bring about improvement and with Adam McNamara in the saddle taking off another 3lb with his claim this looks a nice oppotunity for her to open her account.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Touch Of Color (11/2 Betfred, BetVictor, Paddy Power – BOG)
