World Cup Final Betting Preview: Germany v Agentina

Germany look a great bet at the general 13/10 on offer to beat Argentina in tonight’s World Cup Final (8pm KO, Live on BBC1).

Joachim Low’s side have impressed throughout the tournament, and have a talent packed squad who showed what they are capable of when ruthlessly destroying Brazil 7-1 in the semi-finals.

They now face a side who have arguably been lucky to make it this far and relied totally on some inspirational moments from Lionel Messi to get them through.

For me, the Argentines have not sparkled as expected and looked an ordinary, workmanlike side who lack any real style and passion.

They were outplayed for much of the 90 minutes of normnal time in their semi against Holland before eventually going through on penalties, and I can see the Germans proving far too well organised and strong.

Thomas Muller has been Germany’s star player, and makes plenty of appal at 19/10 in the anytime goalscorer market having already bagged five so far.

I also like the look of the 5/2 on offer with BetVictor, Betfred and Coral for Germany to win to nil, and fancy them to do so 2-0 at odds of 21/2 with BetVictor.
